Students now have access to expanded mental health services with the opening of the new Wellness Center, offering counseling, group therapy, meditation spaces, and crisis support.

The facility features 20 private counseling rooms, two group therapy spaces, a sensory room for stress relief, and a peaceful garden area. Services include same-day crisis appointments, ongoing therapy, peer support programs, and workshops on stress management and resilience building.

Director of Student Wellness Dr. Sarah Thompson noted that demand for mental health services has grown significantly. "We've designed this center to be welcoming and accessible. No student should feel they have to struggle alone."

The center also offers drop-in hours, online booking, and after-hours crisis support via a dedicated helpline.
