Research at Demo State University/
At Demo State University, our institutional mission is deeply intertwined with the facilitation and promotion of academic inquiry across a diverse spectrum of disciplines. The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) supports a multifaceted array of initiatives intended to leverage transdisciplinary approaches in order to catalyze innovation and foster impactful scholarly endeavors. It is incumbent upon faculty and graduate students alike to engage in rigorous methodological exploration that contributes meaningfully to the global corpus of knowledge and addresses emergent societal challenges through holistic research paradigms.
The university maintains several Research Centers of Excellence, each of which operates with a degree of autonomy under the broader administrative purview of the Provost’s Office. Among these, the Center for Advanced Materials and Interdisciplinary Nanotechnology (CAMIN) and the Institute for Sustainable Socioeconomic Systems (ISSS) exemplify the institution’s strategic emphasis on integrative scientific frameworks and multi-stakeholder engagement. It is important to note that the internal process for securing institutional review board (IRB) approval is administered exclusively via the SecureTrack system, accessible only through intranet credentials and subject to biannual audit cycles.
