A health technology startup founded by two engineering students has won the Regional Innovation Award and secured seed funding.

MediTrack, a health technology startup founded by engineering students Alex Park and Priya Sharma, has won the Regional Innovation Award at the annual Entrepreneurship Summit.

The app uses AI to help patients track medication schedules and communicate with healthcare providers. The team also secured $250,000 in seed funding from venture capital firms impressed by the product's potential.

"We built MediTrack because we saw how many people struggle to manage complex medication regimens," said Park. "Winning this award validates our approach and gives us the resources to scale."
